Delivering COGS reductions by 12 to 38%, via innovation, new revenue growth surpassing $250m, improving inventory turn-rates by 200%.  At the same achieving 100% on-time delivery, with exceptional quality.

Over 15,000,000,000 units of custom designed products produced with zero product safety issues and tested to global product safety testing requirements: CPSC, ASTM, CE and more.

Strengthened and grew a quality and socially responsible supplier network to over 150 suppliers in Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.

For factory workers’ and from its inception, worked with business leaders, suppliers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to help establish Code of Conduct (COC) programs. Independent inspections and audits were conducted throughout Asia factories focused on worker safety, well-being and rights, no underage workers, worker pay and overtime, living conditions, afterwork activities and many more. This program continues to expand and developed into the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) Code of Business Practice and certification program.

  • For a $550m global promotional product marketing agency:

    • Led a global team with offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, London, San Paulo, Sydney and Toronto

    • Annually, created and produced over 1.4 billion units of custom designed products

    • Led strategic initiative to secure a new, global client, which resulted in sustainable, profitable growth and $57m in new revenue in the first year

  • For a Fortune 500 consumer products company:

    • Led the Asia Pacific operation from $120m to $325m FOB value and drove profitability by reducing COGS by $45m, while increasing speed to market from 14 to 6 months

    • In Singapore, led strategic planning, launch and management of a new, regional hub. Within 2 years grew the business to $75m.

    • Delivered innovation via light, sound, and motion for a rapidly growing business, resulting in $85m in new revenue within 2 years

    • Invented a new "flex-design" approach to product development and sourcing for a new business, which broke down prior barriers to success, delivering $105m in sales within the first 18 months

  • For a $230m consumer products company:

    • Returned the company to profitability and produced a very positive cash flow impact

    • Reduced COGS by 25%, lowered inventory by 20% and obtained record levels of retail readiness

    • Added new suppliers and capabilities to expand product lines and win new business with global brands
